Jørn Møller

Jørn’s primary focus revolves around team development. Utilizing his professional background and expert knowledge in team dynamics, he helps clients across the globe build strong, self-aware leaders as well as authentic, coherent, and effective teams, typically at the senior level in global organizations.

He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in organizational, team, and human resource development. Initially working as a consultant, he most recently held an international leadership position as Head of Organizational Effectiveness at Maersk. For the past six years, he has specialized as a team specialist working for Hogan Assessments.

In 2022, he founded his own company, It’s All About Teams, to take his expertise to the next level by leveraging his years of experience in team dynamics and building strong teams.

Jørn has a unique training background from the Danish Army and the Danish Police coupled with a solid range of certifications in various assessment tools including Hogan Assessments and advanced interpretation. He is also a graduate in Social Dynamics (team dynamics) from The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) in London.

In 2022 he released his first book “The Triple-A-Team” that describes design principles for creating coherent, authentic and effective teams across cultures.

In 2023, he launched a unique team diagnostic tool that helps teams understand and master their dynamics.

His mission and great passion is to get people across cultures, professions and personalities to work constructively together and create strong teams.

The Global Team Leader Program focuses on developing skills to become a competent and inspirational team leader whom others are willing to follow. It aims to inspire and train you how to master team dynamics and maximize the collective potential of your team.

This interactive and hands-on two-day workshop focuses on the dynamics within your team and your role as the team leader, examining how you influence the team and its dynamics. Using real cases and examples, we explore various team dynamics, strengths, and challenges. Our aim is to create an informal and constructive environment, providing conceptual input and ample opportunities for fruitful discussions, individual reflections, and group work.
