Patrick Halford is Vice President of Key Digital Technologies at Spinverse, based in Helsinki, Finland. He leads a team of project managers and consultants who build open innovation consortia in transportation, energy, electronics and healthcare across Europe using EU funding instruments. These consortia include corporates, SMEs, startups, research and universities.
Patrick is also on the board of a number of Nordic drone and augmented reality startups. He is an advisor at startup hubs in Finland, Iceland, Denmark and the Basque Region in Spain. Previously he spent twenty years in IBM running various Nordic divisions and developing their robotics and drone partnership ecosystem.
He is a guest lecturer at a number of Nordic Business Schools teaching Business Modeling and Open Innovation ecosystems.
