Jovan David Rebolledo is an AI researcher, innovation, inventor, and exponential technology and DX consultant who has had the privilege to be working with disruptive startups from Silicon Valley since 2009. He has spent over 15 years living in Japan, and since the Singularity University GSP 2009 Inaugural Class he has contributed to the exponential innovation and has been faculty in AI & Robotics.
As a speaker, Jovan David has had the chance to bring keynotes to audiences from different companies and institutions, such as SONY, Recruit, Keio University, The University of Tokyo and Stanford University on topics related to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Exponential Technologies and Exponential Mindset. He has delivered keynotes in English, Spanish and Japanese.
Jovan David was a participant in the very first Singularity University GSP program in the summer of 2009, being the first Mexican and first attendee from Japan to apply exponential technologies to impact societies. Furthermore, frum 2014 to 2017 he contributed as Faculty in AI & Robotics in the GSP programs, helping more than fifty startups in building their core solution. In addition to organizing the SingularityU Japan GIC from 2017 to 2019, bringing some of the best Japanese startups to participate in the SU GSP, he has also been a community leader in Tokyo for Singularity University and held Exponential Technologies lectures and learning activities.
Jovan David has co-founded a few startups and patented innovation, from AI to microfluidics in industries from Education, Climate Change to Space, in developed and developing countries, like the USA, Japan, Mexico and Congo.
Originally from Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, Jovan David has a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering. He aims to create a double ripple effect in innovation from both developed and developing regions.
